Request for Proposals - Lake Helena Drive Improvements Closed January 16, 2024, 04:00 PM Lewis and Clark County is soliciting proposals to hire a consultant to provide professional engineering services needed for the Lake Helena Drive Improvements Project. The details of agreements and payment terms will be negotiated with the selected consultant. The County will review Proposals according to the criteria as stated in the full RFP. Qualified firms will be ranked in order by a selection committee. Proposals that are deemed incomplete by the selection committee will not be processed. Lewis and Clark County reserve the right to reject all responses deemed unqualified, unsatisfactory, inappropriate or incomplete. Proposals become the property of Lewis and Clark County.
