The successful

respondent will be expected to begin performance of the contract on or after March 15, 2023. The anticipated schedule of events pertaining to this solicitation is as follows: Issuance of RFP – January 26, 2023, after 10:00 a.m. CT; Questions Due – February 2, 2023, 2:00 p.m. CT; Official Responses to Questions posted – February 8, 2023, or as soon thereafter as practical; Proposals Due – February 28, 2023, 2:00 p.m. CT, Contract Execution – March 15, 2023, or as soon thereafter as practical; and Commencement of Project Activities – on or after March 15, 2023. The Comptroller reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify this schedule of events. Notice of changes will be posted on the Electronic State Business Daily (“ESBD”). Proposals must be submitted according to instructions in the RFP and received via e-mail at contracts@cpa.texas.gov no later than 2:00 p.m. CT, on Tuesday, February 28, 2023. Late proposals will not be considered. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to periodically check the ESBD for updates to the RFP prior to submitting a proposal.
