ESS-Maintenance Access Control Systems

This requirement is for the maintenance and sustainment support for ESS, EKC, and intercom systems. ESS consists of several sub-systems which may include ACS, IDS, internal and external CCTV systems, Video Surveillance System (VSS), Network Video Recording (NVR) devices, interior and exterior IDS, Data Transmission Media (DTM) systems (a means to communicate information internally and externally to DoD sites), intercom and/or provision of local or regional dispatch centers (also known as security command centers). In addition to the ESS, DLA has a requirement to support Electronic Key Control (EKC) systems.
