rel="no-follow" href="mailto:thordahlj@san-clemente.org">thordahlj@san-clemente.org Bids to Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services The City of San Clemente (City) is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or consulting firms to design, conduct, and assist in the implementation of comprehensive Classification and Compensation Studies for both full-time City of San Clemente employee positions and hourly part-time City of San Clemente employee positions. Proposals for full-time positions and part-time positions should be submitted separately. The City may select either different consultants for each of the studies or select one consultant for both of the studies. The purpose of the studies are to ensure appropriate compensation for all City positions in order to attract and retain qualified employees, provide wages commensurate with assigned duties, and maintain a competitive position with other comparable government entities in the same geographic region. After review and evaluation of the submitted proposals, the City may recommend the finalist or finalists to the City Council for award of contract. The following defines the proposed project, scope of services, proposal requirements, selection process and other information required to prepare and submit a proposal.
