PC / Leeper Joint Venture is accepting applications for subcontractor prequalification for the Mallard Creek WRF Phase 1 Improvements Early Work Package 1.
Project Description:
In general the scope of work consists of the construction of the construction trailer area, storage location and
stockpile sites for the MCWRF Phase 1 construction as well as the intermediate site excavation of the Influent Pump
Station/Equalization Tanks area. The work specifically includes but is not entirely limited to erosion and
sedimentation control, site fencing demolition/installation, furnishing and installation of a guard shack, excavation and
grading, installation of aggregate base, paving, sidewalks, water/sewer/electrical and communications installations to
the construction trailers and
