Pre-Solicitation Notice for notice of intent to award a sole source contract. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract for a 12-month period with Sophion Bioscience Inc., 400 Trade Center Drive, Suite 6900, Woburn MA 01801 for the QChip-384 measurement plates used with the QUBE062 instrument Qube System for the VA West Haven CT Healthcare System located at 950 Campbell Ave, Bldg. 34, West Haven, CT 06516 on an as monthly basis. Sophion Bioscience is the producer of the QUBE062 instrument and is the only authorized manufacturer and seller for QChip384 measurement plates. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to FedBizOps (FBO). A Sources Sought Notice published to FBO on 6/14/2022 under #36C24E22Q0164, returned no results other than from the incumbent, Sophion Bioscience, Inc.
