ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSPLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORSLUZERNE COUNTY, PA2023 SANITARY SEWER INSPECTION PROJECT The Municipality of Plymouth Township is requesting Bids for the 2023 SANITARY SEWER INSPECTION PROJECT, generally consisting of the cleaning and televising of approximately 9,500 linear feet of 8” gravity sewer main, and approximately 3,000 linear feet of 10” gravity sewer main. Bids shall be based on the required work as outlined in the Plans and Specifications. Sealed Bids shall be submitted electronically via the PennBid Program website https://pennbid.procureware.com/home, until 12:00 pm (local time) on April 24th, 2023. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with PennBid as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the PennBid Program. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Each Bid, when submitted, must be accompanied by a Bid Security in an amount equal to 10% of Bidder’s maximum Bid price to be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, and include forms, qualification statements, affidavits and certifications, as more particularly listed in the Bidding Documents.This Project is financed by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Community and Economic Development.
