Proposer’s must be compliant with all State and Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration Standards, local Laws, and regulations. The consultant will assist in identifying what regulations apply to our electric utility and determine whether workplace safety requirements and policies and procedures regarding compliance are being followed. The consultant will also assist with program development, audits, and generation of work procedures. The required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Services.
