Consultancy Services for AER Benefits Program Project Description :The AER currently manages and administers an employee Benefits program, which includes two (2) other employer participants, the Natural Resources Conservation Board (NRCB) and the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC). Between the three companies, there are roughly 1,120 participants. AER is interested in establishing a service agreement with a Benefit Consultant to assist with the following: • review the design of the AER Flexible Benefits Program (including flex credit distribution and benefit options) and determine suitability based on employer wellness and total reward goals, • conduct benchmarking study among peer group to identify AER’s positioning, • assist with Benefits Plan marketing exercise – with a focus on analysis of the results, • Potentially assist with implementation a new benefit provider or maintain the current benefit provider by January 1, 2024, and • provide additional benefit consulting on an as-required
