The US Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI), Rock Island Arsenal, IL on behalf of Project Leader Computer Hardware Enterprise Software Solutions under the Army Program Executive Office, Enterprise Information Systems is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement to provide commercial-off-the-shelf IT hardware. The results of this market research will help contribute to the scope, structure, and methods used for the potential Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-4 Hardware procurement. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS code assigned to this procurement is 334111 – Electronic Computer Manufacturing.There is no solicitation at this time. This request for information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information to this request is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial

responsibility for any costs incurred. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. All submissions become the property of the US Government and will not be returned. All information received in response to this notice that is marked ‘Proprietary’ will be handled accordingly. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be posted to the beta.SAM.gov website. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.Included in this RFI is a Market Research Survey, Average Sales Spreadsheet, and Statement of Work (SOW).
