Central Shop Re-Roof Project

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance/Purchasing at their office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following: Central Shop Re-Roof Project Bellingham, Washington UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday, August 24, 2021 (Extended in Addendum 1) At which time and place the bids will be publicly opened (live/virtual via GoToMeeting), and read aloud. All Bidders and any other interested people are invited to attend the live bid opening via GoToMeeting, as more completely described herein. Late submittals will not be considered. Whatcom County AS-Facilities Management is requesting bids for the roof replacement project at the Whatcom County Central Shop, located at 901 W. Smith Rd, Bellingham, Washington. This project includes installation of a new Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roof, and insulation, directly over the existing metal roof, and other work as further

described in the bid documents.
