CP1201476-Hixson-Lied Student Success Center-Rooms 2242 and 2280-Remodel This project includes, but is not limited to, the remodeling of rooms 2242 and 2280 of the Hixson-Lied Student Success Center to accommodate the relocation of the Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching (CELT) testing center. Work includes demolition of interior space including existing casework, chair rails, doors, flooring, and wall base. New work includes patching and repairing walls, new paint, doors, lockers, security cameras, testing station furniture, and mechanical and electrical work to support the remodel.
