General work description: Furnish and install new play structure and equipment on rubberized play surface; new picnic area with tables and decomposed granite; sitting areas with benches; park monument signage; tubular steel safety fence along street frontage; masonry trash enclosure; drinking fountain; and drought tolerant landscape planting and drip irrigation improvements within the project site area. Additive Alternative No. 1: Furnish and install shade structure.
