The agencies are looking to retain the services of a creative, out-of-the-box thinking team to work in tandem with staff and consultants to grow ridership and revenue for both services. Additional details and requirements are provided in Section 5 “Scope of Work and Proposal Requirements” of this RFP. Other Details ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE DATE AND TIME STATED.
