TRAVIS AFB, CA Cardiothoracic Perfusionist Services Pre-Solicitation Notice David Grant Medical Center located at Travis AFB, California intends to procure the service for Cardiothoracic Perfusionist Services. The Contractor shall recruit, screen, and retain qualified health care workers for all positions to meet the requirements in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall ensure each proposed individuals are ready, willing, and able to perform the requirements identified in specific tasks within the PWS. Individuals performing Perfusionist services shall have the following qualifications:- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on medical technology, respiratory therapy, biological sciences, or nursing.- Graduated from an accredited training program in cardiovascular perfusion.-Certified or eligible for certification as a Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP).- Must hold current certifications in Basic Life
Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).- Must have a minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience within the past three (3) years.Period of performance is 01April 2020 – 31 March 2021 with four option years. Complete details of Cardiothoracic Perfusionist Services, and the PWS will be included in the Request For Proposal (RFP).This requisition is a 100% small business set aside. The North American Classification System (NAICS) is 621111 and the related size standard is $11.0 million. Award shall be made based upon the best value to the government in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items. The government reserves the right to award a contract without discussions. The solicitation will be made available on or after 17 Dec 2019.
