The improvements for which bids will be received are generally described below: This project will provide reconstruction of 1 st Avenue between SR26 and Spruce Street with the following elements: Approximately 9,000 SY of full depth reclamation with CTB. Approximately 21,000 SY of pavement grinding Approximately 4,200 Tons of fiber reinforced HMA Approximately 4,400 LF of storm sewer Demolition and replacement of curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveways, and curb ramps.
