Work will include but not be but not limited to, inspections, condition assessments, sampling, data collection and review, hazard analysis and prioritization, development of engineering solutions, management of plans and maps, permitting, and reporting. In carrying out this Scope of Work (SOW), Contractor shall be responsible for complying with all state, local, federal, and NCTD laws, regulations, policies, and licensing requirements. Contractor shall be cognizant and mindful of the role of NCTD in the operation of the services and the expectations of key stakeholders. Contractor shall perform its contractual duties and responsibilities in a manner that supports the goals of NCTD to provide safe, convenient, reliable, and user-friendly transportation.
