RFI: Database of Broadband-Addressable Locations

Notice of RFI Withdrawal and Further InstructionThis is to notify all interested respondents that due to provisions in the Broadband Deployment Accuracy and Technological Availability (DATA) Act (Public Law 116-130), which was signed into law on March 23, 2020, responses to the RFI for the database of broadband-addressable locations should no longer be submitted to USAC, and USAC is withdrawing this RFI.  However, interested parties may submit to the FCC any information that is responsive to the questions posed in the RFI or relevant to creating a database of broadband-addressable locations by uploading such information to the FCC’s Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS) at:https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/filings  in WC Docket No. 19-195 (Establishing the Digital Opportunity Data Collection).  Consistent with the process set out in the RFI, any responses to USAC would have been reviewed by the FCC as well and

As part of its administrative function, USAC performs, subject to FCC oversight, the billing, collection, and disbursement functions associated with the USF and the Support Mechanisms.
