RFP 20-025 ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES – ROSE GARDEN PARK The City of Smyrna is requesting Sealed Proposals for Architectural Design Services for Rose Garden Park located at 1870 Teasley Street, Smyrna, GA 30080.  This is a Community Development Block Grant funded project.  Proposals must be submitted to the Purchasing Division located at Smyrna City Hall, 2800 King Street SE, Smyrna, GA 30080 no later than
