The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH), Bureau of Infectious Disease and Laboratory Sciences (BIDLS), Division of Global Populations and Infectious Disease Prevention (Division) seeks to establish a network of licensed medical facilities with the clinical expertise and capacity to assure access to, and provide quality services for, outpatient diagnosis, medical management, and engagement and retention in care for persons at risk for tuberculosis (TB). MDPH will establish contracts under a Master Service Agreement (MSA). MDPH seeks services that are accessible and culturally, linguistically, and clinically competent for populations at risk for TB disease and latent TB infection, especially vulnerable persons who have limited access to prevention and clinical services because of economic, cultural, linguistic, or social reasons. The Department seeks to engage qualified institutions, facilities, or group practices with the required medical expertise and ability to coordinate medical, laboratory, and radiology services required to care for persons with tuberculosis. This procurement is open (i.e., rolling), and bidders may submit unsolicited proposals during the entire contract period. The original deadline for contracts starting July 1, 2018 is 5:00 p.m. May 25,
