Scope of Work:
 The Broward County Transit Division is seeking up to three (3) qualified firms to provide professional
Consultant

Services for Transit Surveys, Infrastructure and Shelter Designs
as

outlined in the detailed Scope of Work.  The overall purpose of the this project is to provide professional architectural
,
engineering, and related services on a continuing basis in support of the County's ongoing Transit Division's shelter enhancement and installations program for remodeling, renovation and new construction projects with construction costs estimated at two million

($2,000,000) or less.

 

Pursuant to Florida Statutes, Section 287.055, the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) applies to this solicitation. In a CCNA solicitation, price will not be considered in the final evaluation and ranking of the qualified firm.
 

 

Goal Participation:

This solicitation includes Broward County certified County Business Enterprises (CBE) goals.  Refer to the Special Instructions and the Office of Economic and Small Business Development Requirements section for additional information.

 

 

Questions and Answers: 
The County provides a specified time for vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through BidSync by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda).

The County will respond to all questions via BidSync.
 


Submittals: 
Vendor
must

submit its solicitation response electronically and
must
confirm its submittal in BidSync in order for the County to receive a valid response through BidSync. It is the Vendor’ s sole responsibility to assure its response is submitted and received through BidSync by the date and time specified in the solicitation. The County will not consider solicitation responses received by other means.  Vendor are encouraged to submit their responses in advance of the due date and time specified in the solicitation document. In the event that the Vendor is having difficulty submitting the solicitation document through Bid Sync, immediately notify the Purchasing Agent and then contact BidSync for technical assistance.

Description:

Pursuant to Florida Statutes, Section 287.055, Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act, price will not be considered in the final evaluation and rating of the qualified firms.


After all documents are viewed, submitted, and/or accepted in BidSync, the Vendor must upload additional information requested by the solicitation (i.e. Evaluation Criteria and Financials Statements) in the Item Response Form in BidSync, under line one. Refer to Standard Instructions to Vendors and Special Instructions to Vendors to ensure all evaluation criteria, documents and forms are uploaded into BidSync.
