Marathon County is seeking technical assistance for the development of a master plan for buidings, facilities and land owned by Marathon County in Wausau Wisconsin. The purpose of the plan is to identify long range options for the development and uses of the area bounded roughly by Stewart Ave., South 6th Ave, South 17th Ave and West St, including the potential use by County Departments, a park master plan for Marathon Park and innovative use of UW-Stevens Point at Wausau facilities.
