Project: Maintenance Related Services - Small General Contractors Ref. #: P-005283 Type: RFP Status: Open Open Date: Feb 2nd 2024, 1:00 PM EST Questions Due Date: Mar 1st 2024, 5:00 PM EST Close Date: Apr 2nd 2024, 11:00 AM EDT Days Left: 2 Project Description:The Philadelphia Housing Authority "(PHA") requests proposals from qualified Small General Contractors ("SGC") to provide support maintenance related general construction services for a two (2) base year period with up to an aggregate two million ($2,000,000) dollars per year, for a total of four million ($4,000,000.00) dollars for the base period in Task Order work, with an option to add an additional funding increment in an amount up to two million ($2,000,000) dollars, exercisable by PHA upon Board of Commissioners approval, a second option to add an additional funding increment in amount up to two million ($2,000,000) dollars, exercisable by PHA upon approval by PHA's Board of Commissioners and a third option to add an

additional funding increment in amount up to two million ($2,000,000) dollars, exercisable by PHA upon approval by PHA's Board of Commissioners for an aggregate maximum amount of ten million ($10,000,000.00) dollars over the five (5)-year contract term. The work and fees may be divided amongst several SGCs. The SGCs will be engaged on a non-minimum retainer basis to provide multidisciplinary services to PHA for projects involving every aspect of PHA’s maintenance operations. Therefore, no minimum contract payment will be guaranteed. PHA reserves the right to award multiple contracts.
