50776 Proposal to Amend a Lease at the King Salmon Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to increase the area of Lease ADA-50776, Parcel K, consisting of approximately 30,000 square feet, at King Salmon Airport.  New premises size: approximately 37,500 square feet.  Applicant:  L&M Equipment, Inc.  Authorized uses:  Bulk storage of aviation fuel and non-aviation fuel; long-term parking.  Annual rent:  $4,612.50.
