SOURCES SOUGHT FOR NIGHT VISION IMAGE INTENSIFIER (I2) TUBES PART NUMBER (P/N): MX10160/AVS-6 NATIONAL STOCK NUMBER (NSN) 5855-01-423-1497 FOR FOREIGN MILITARY SALES (FMS) INTRODUCTION The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) on behalf of the Communications-Electronics Command Security Assistance Management directorate (CECOM SAMD) is issuing this Sources Sought notice/ Request for Information (RFI) as a means of conducting market research to identify qualified potential sources with the capabilities and industry technologies to fulfill FMS requirements forNight Vision Image Intensifier Tube (I2) (P/N MX10160/AVS-6, NSN 5855-01-423-1497) for the country of Colombia.The result of this sources sought/request for information (RFI) will help determine the method of procurement should a requirement materialize. Based on responses to this sources sought notice/ RFI, any potential requirement(s) may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or

procured through full and open competition. Multiple awards may be made. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. CECOM SAMD’s goal is to satisfy requirements for Night Vision I2 TUBES (P/N MX10160/AVS-6, NSN 5855-01-423-1497) for the country of Colombia. REQUIREMENTS QUANTITY DESCRIPTION 40 Commercial Night Vision Image Intensifier (I2) Tubes P/N: MX10160/AVS-6 National Stock Number (NSN): 5855-01-423-1497 - Image Intensification (I2) Tube: P45 White Phosphorous - Third Generation III GEN MX10160 NOTE:responses MUST include Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) price and availability (P&A) information for the equipment described above. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Any potential FMS cases/ action/ contract(s) are anticipated to have a security classification level of Unclassified. Any resulting cases/ actions/ contract(s) shall be compliant with the specialty metals restriction of the Berry Amendment (10 U.S.C. 2533a and 2533b) in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses 252.225-7008 and 252.225-7009.
