The Naval Sea Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has awarded a cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to American Systems Corp., Chantilly, Virginia (N64498-21-D-0031); Delphinus Engineering, Inc., Eddystone, Pennsylvania (N64498-21-D-0032); EHS Technologies Corp.*, Moorestown, New Jersey (N64498-21-D-0033); Advanced Internet Marketing, Inc. doing business as The GBS Group*, Virginia Beach, Virginia (N64498-21-D-0034); General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc., Falls Church, Virginia (N64498-21-D-0035); Green Expert Technology, Inc.*, Haddonfield, New Jersey (N64498-21-D-0036); McKean Defense Group, LLC., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (N64498-21-D-0037); and TDI Technologies, Inc*., King of Prussia, Pennsylvania (N64498-21-D-0038) for the modernization-engineering, life-cycle, and in- service engineering to support DDG-51 FLTI (Flight), FLTII, FLTIIA (Legacy, Modernization and New Ship Construction), FLTIII & HED (Hybrid Electric Drive),
Modernization and Obsolescence Machinery Control Systems (MCS) DDG 51 Class ships, Cybersecurity and Information Assurance (IA), DDG-51 Integrated Bridge Controls (IBS) Systems and Fuel Control System (FCS). The work to be performed includes all activities associated with: DDG-51 FLTI; FLTII; FLTIIA (Legacy, Modernization and New Ship Construction); FLTIII & HED; Modernization and Obsolescence Machinery Control Systems; Damage/Casualty Control Plotting Systems; Fuel Control Systems and Integrated Bridge Control Systems; computer program development, testing, equipment harvesting, and installation for ship construction; and Cybersecurity and Information Assurance. Tasks include performing systems engineering analysis in order to interface control systems with other new or modified shipboard systems; troubleshooting control systems hardware and software issues at the Land Based Engineering Site (LBES) or Test Facilities in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; upgrading the cyber security features of the existing and future control system variants; and addressing obsolete hardware with the most cost effective solutions possible.
