Lafayette Street Greenville, MI 48838 All responses must be clearly labeled – “Hand Held Thermal Imaging Equipment Package.” http://www.greenvillemi.org/ Request For Bids Evaluation of Proposals The City will review submitted bids and other relevant information regarding the products bid. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any response for any or no reason and to waive any minor irregularity if determined to be in the best interest of the City of Greenville. Selection of Proposals Once the winning proposal is selected, the City will draft an agreement. Upon bidder approval and execution, it will be presented to Council for approval. Scope of Work The City of Greenville will accept bids for the purchase and delivery of seven hand held thermal imaging cameras, as well as charging equipment, as an entire purchase package. The bid return must also include a minimum two year warranty for parts and labor. Additional specifications for the cameras and equipment are found on the next page of this document. Bidders providing equipment outside of the bid specifications need to also provide the justification as to why the bid specifications could not be met and how the equipment proposed meets or exceeds the requested merchandise listed.
