Fuel Dispensing Station

Background: The 177th Fighter Wing, Detachment 1, Warren Grove Gunnery Range has a requirement for the construction of concrete slabs for a Trans Cube Fuel Storage Tank and a Dispensing Station.This project will support the future installation of an above ground 5,000 gallon Trans Cube Fuel Storage Tank and Fuel Dispensing Station.  The general scope of this project includes the construction of two (2) concrete fuel storage pads, a concrete fuel dispensing pad, traffic bollards, & electrical requirements. The scope of work for this project will require the contractor to provide and install all material, equipment, labor, & supervision required for a complete and useable system.Installation will include the pouring of two (2) adjacent concrete slabs for Fuel Storage Tank, construct a dispensing concrete pad, traffic bollards, & Electrical Requirements in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW).This project is on a secure military facility. All personnel accessing the site will be

required to submit personal information for a background investigation with the National Crime Information Center Interstate Identification Index (NCIC-III) and Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) in accordance with AFI 10-245, AFI 31-101 and AFMAN 31-113. The Government reserves the right to limit access to the facility based on adverse results to the background investigation.All personnel accessing the military facility consent to search of their persons and property.Contract Award is expected in late August 2021.Period of Performance will begin as soon as practically possible.Magnitude of Construction: FAR 36.20(c) - Between $100,000 and $250,000Bid Bond: Bid Bond is required. ref:  FAR 52.228-1Payment Bonds, Performance Bonds, and Insurance will ALL be required after contract award.The Contactor awarded the contract, will be required to have full-time Site Supervision on the project site at all times during construction activities. Note: He does not have to “watch” an empty site.
