Dispatch Training Upgrade

SOLE SOURCE NOTICE OF INTENT:The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region intends to acquire on a Sole Source basis an upgrade to the Dispatch Training Application from Quality Training Systems The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency.  Capability statements must be received not later than July 26, 2020 at 2:00 pm, MT.   Capability statements shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.    Questions concerning this notice must be directed to Kevin P.
