href="mailto:yuliastuti.wulandari@gsd.nm.gov">yuliastuti.wulandari@gsd.nm.gov Established a Price Agreement for New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) through its Air Quality Bureau for the purchase of analyzing instruments and equipment for air monitoring stations including a three (3)-year extended warranty beyond the standard two-year warranty period. The New Mexico Environment Department’s (NMED) Air Quality Bureau has twenty (20) air monitoring stations throughout the state which monitor for daily air quality per state and federal requirements as well as for pollution events such as wildfires and dust storms that affect air particulate and gaseous air monitoring data. The monitoring sites contain instrumentation consisting of gaseous analyzers (monitors), calibrators and particulate samplers to support the NMED Air Quality Bureau’s compliance with ambient air quality. Term: The term of this Price Agreement shall be for two (2) years from date of award with the option to extend for a period of four (4) additional two-year terms, by mutual agreement of all parties and approval of the New Mexico State Purchasing Agent at the same price, terms, and conditions. This Price Agreement shall not exceed ten (10) years. Multiple Awards: Pursuant to the Procurement Code, Sections 13-1-153 and 13-1-154, the State reserves the right to issue multiple awards to obtain the items listed.
