RFQ 22/23-24 The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority’s (RTAA/Owner) Purchasing and Materials Management Division, in accordance with the provisions of NRS Chapter 332 and the Federal Aviation Administration’s Airport Improvement Program (AIP), has issued this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) with the sole purpose and intent of obtaining sealed Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) Submittals from qualified, professional firms or teams (Respondents/Offeror/Bidder) to provide design services and related support for Airfield Signage Replacement and Taxiway Renaming Project. All sealed SOQs for RFQ 22/23-24 Airfield Signage Replacement and Taxiway Renaming Project shall be opened at 2:00 PM [PST], Tuesday, February 7, 2023. Solicitations and addenda are available on-line on the Nevada Gov eMarketplace (NGEM) website located at the following address: https://nevada.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. You must first register in
the NGEM Supplier System to receive RFQ solicitations. Your Supplier Registration profile will be shared with all participating government entities. Pursuant to NRS §332.065(4), the RTAA is prohibited from entering into a contract with a company unless the contract includes a written certification that the company is not currently engaged in and agrees for the duration of the contract not to engage in, a boycott of Israel.
