CITY OF CORNER BROOK REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS STANDING OFFER – HIRED EQUIPMENT SERVICES CONTRACT NO. 2024-08 Quotations are invited by the City of Corner Brook for the supply of the following equipment with operator “on demand” for a period of Seven (7) months, commencing May 22, 2024: 1. Rubber Tire Backhoe(s) 2. Tandem Truck(s) 3. Excavator(s) 4. Mini-Excavator(s) 5. Tractor(s)/Dozer(s) 6. Grader(s) 7. Skid Steer Sidewalk Sweeper(s) 8. Boom Truck(s) 9. Combination Cleaner Truck(s) - Flushing and/or Vacuuming Contract documents may be obtained from Dawn Marshall, Fleet Management Coordinator by Email: dmarshall@cornerbrook.com Enquiries before tendering should be in writing and directed to Dawn Marshall, Fleet Management Coordinator by Email: dmarshall@cornerbrook.com Quotations must be submitted to City Hall, 5 Park Street, Corner Brook, NL in a sealed envelope on or before 12:00 noon, local time, Wednesday, April 24, 2024. “Standing Offer – Hired Equipment Services” must be written across the face of the envelope.
