LEASE TERM: up to thirty-five (35) years;

RENTAL RATE: $0.12 per square foot per year;
PROPOSED
AUTHORIZED USES: This Lease is issued for the use of the Premises for the following authorized uses:  Construction, operation, maintenance and use of aircraft hangar and ramp facilities for fixed and rotary wing aircraft use, maintenance, repair, parts, parking, tiedown, storage; Operation of aircraft dealerships; aircraft and parts

sales, service; aircraft operations; maintenance, repair; float storage and repair; pilot shop; fixed base operations; aircraft parking/storage; avionic/radio shop sales, service, parts; Uses incidental to the aviation uses listed above such as limited parking areas and storage/ office space that do not interfere with the primary aviation use purposes of the facility.

PREMISES:  ADA 30773 - Block 16, Lot 6C; 70,288 sq ft;

LEASE TERM EXTENSION:  up to five (5) years;

AUTHORIZED USES:  Operation of aircraft dealerships; aircraft and parts sales, service; aircraft operations; maintenance, repair of aircraft; float storage and repair; pilot shop; fixed base operations; aircraft parking/storage.This file is available for review during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at Lake Hood Seaplane Base Office, Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, located at 4451 Aircraft Drive, Ste.
