Construction Services for Poirier Community Centre Renovation The City of Coquitlam (the “Owner” ”City”) invites Tenders for
Poirier Community Centre Renovation located at 630 Poirier Street, Coquitlam BC.
The work includes the provision of all equipment, labour, disposals, materials and incidentals required to complete the work as described herein these tender documents for the renovations to the one storey Poirier Community Centre Building.
The renovation Work includes, but is not limited to:
 Exterior windows and glazing

replacement
 Existing main entry glazing and entry doors replacement
 Replacement of exterior doors
 Main entrance canopy
 Replace exterior stair railings and guards
 Interior Hazardous Materials Abatement
 Interior glazing
 New flooring
 Drywall
 Painting
 New Ceilings
 Mechanical Upgrades
 Electrical Upgrades
Non-Mandatory Site Information Meeting:
A non-mandatory site information meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 13, 2017 at 10:00 am.
Tenderers are to meet at the main entrance of the Poirier Community Centre, 630 Poirier Street, Coquitlam, B.C.
All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice.
