Project: LOWER GROVEWAY PARKING LOT PAVING Ref. #: ITB 23-034-A Type: ITB Status: Open Open Date: Jan 6th 2023, 4:00 PM EST Questions Due Date: Jan 25th 2023, 5:00 PM EST Close Date: Feb 6th 2023, 2:00 PM EST Days Left: < 1 Project Description:The City of Roswell is seeking qualified contractors to mill and pave the City of Roswell’s Lower Groveway soccer parking lot. Elements of this work include: 1. Milling and paving of approximately 3,032 square yards of asphalt 2. Pouring approximately 1,425 square feet of 6” concrete (Handicap Area) 3. Installation of four 24” wide, 2.5” high speed bumps. NOTE: Contractors submitting a proposal must attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and walk the site prior to submitting a proposal. The proposal is a firm fixed price to complete the work based on the submitting contractor's understanding of the scope and assessment of the site. Exactly four (4) calendar days have been set aside for performance of the contract. Information and Bidding

Documents for the Project can be found at, and Bids must be submitted using the following Designated Website: https://roswellgov.bonfirehub.com/opportunities. Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website at no charge. Prospective Bidders must register with the designated website in order to obtain official Bidding Documents. The Designed Website must also be used to submit responsive bids. Documents obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format may not be official documents. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Bids must be submitted through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% is required. Payment and Performance bonds equal to 100% of the Awarded Contract value are required. The City reserves the right to reject any one or all bids. Any pre-bid conference for the Project, and its status as a mandatory or non-mandatory event, will be provided on, and held in accordance with the Project Schedule posted on the designated website – if posted as an event. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend mandatory pre-bid conferences.
