An updated SOW has been attached to this special notice.Please indicate any issues or concerns with meeting the requirement stated in H.12.  If so please provide and be specific.  Please state in days after award, to meet the System Integration Laboratory (SIL) requirement in H.12.1.Please indicate any issues or concerns with meeting the requirement at time of proposal stated in H.12.2.  If so please provide and be specific. Please indicate any issues or concerns with meeting the requirement at time of award stated in H.12.2.1.  If so please provide and be specific. Please indicate any issues or concerns with meeting the requirement and 24 month timeline stated in H.12.2.2.  If so please provide and be specific. Whether the offeror can provide the Government resources (manpower and labor hours) it requires for a TES contract with up to 25% annual growth in labor requirements projected to surge on Government site in each ordering year and has a realistic plan to meet those needs.  Please be specific.Please submit any additional questions or concerns (be specific) related to the proposed TES Follow-on effort.  The Government will publicly post a response to all questions.   The potential offeror submitting the questions will remain anonymous.         H.12 SYSTEM INTEGRATION LABORATORY (SIL)H.12.1 The contractor shall have a SIL within 30 miles or less from 6501 E. 11 Mile Road, Warren, MI 48397-5000 which are capable of:(a) Integrating mechanical and electrical components (C.4.7)(b) Supporting vehicle installation activities (C.4.17)(c) The contractor shall establish and maintain non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) with other engaged commercial industry and Government entities as directed by the Government and provide a copy of the NDAs to the COR and PCO to allow for other support contractors to access and work at the facility, if deemed necessary by the government. H.12.2 The contractor shall meet the following vehicle high bay requirements at time of proposal:Shall be capable of storing Palletized Load System (PLS) vehicle, approximately 40 feet in length.Be capable of storing and working on combat and tactical vehicles that weigh approximately 60,000 pounds. Shall also be adjacent to System Integration Laboratory (SIL) bench space.Shall have a garage door(s) that is at least 14 foot wide by 14 feet tall.Shall have a SIL space of at least 5,000 square feet with a minimum ceiling height of 20 feet tall and includes conference space and seating.Supporting at least three vehicles at any time for full operation, to include test and integration.H.12.2.1 The contractor shall provide the following vehicle high bay requirements to be completed at time of contract award.Shall have an overhead mounted crane capable of lifting a minimum of (4) tons. Crane shall have a lifting height of at least 16 feet above floor level.Have a vehicle exhaust removal system capable of evacuating all of the exhaust occurring from a vehicle ejecting 700 Cubic Feet per Minute, per vehicle bay.
