6515--Intent to Sole Source Skytron OR Booms and Lights

The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Alliant Healthcare LLC of Grand Rapids, MI to provide Surgical Lights and Booms for Madison VAMC, located in Madison, WI. This contract will be an Open Market Firm Fixed Priced Contract with a Certified SDVOSB Contractor. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with VAAR 819.7008 and authorized under 41 USC §3304(a)(5), 38 U.S. Code § 8127(c), as implemented by FAR 6.302-5 (Authorized or Required by Statute). NAICS Code is 339112. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitations documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using these products and service, to the Contracting Officer within seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements.
