The contractor shall provide a site visit to perform a complete system refresh for the ALPR system. The refresh analysis of the system is to insure it is working properly. The system refresh will consist of assessing all of the currently installed hardware to include, ALPR cameras, and processors. The assessment will include checking individual camera alignment, operational capability and wiring. This refresh will ready the system for activation, and insure end-to-end system operation. At the conclusion of the system refresh assessment process, the system shall be ready to be activated and operational.The contractor shall provide service and support for (1) year for the ALPR system. The service and support provided will include: software version updates, system upgrades, remote diagnostics, hardware repair and troubleshooting, bug fixes, product replacement, phone/email and remote support, and all other support and services required for the function of each component of the entire ALPR system.The “ALPR System” shall be considered as the following: cameras, processors, on-location alert screens, servers, all operating software (including administrator analytics), control room module, Wi-Fi ethernet bridge, connectors, controllers, power enclosures, switches, location monitoring stations, and all ancillary components necessary for the proper function of the system.When performing work under this contract, the contractor shall coordinate with 87 SFS and any other parties deemed necessary to de-conflict potential issues that will disrupt communication infrastructure or normal vehicle traffic patterns at installation access control points at least 72 hours in advance. Traffic safety and gate lane closures will be performed by 87 SFS
