Multi-Domain Operations (FREEDOM) Essential Research Program (ERP), such as DISCOVER, Project 18, and Software Defined Soldier (SDS). The RF EW Branch serves to meet FREEDOM’s mission objectives to provide persistent distributed, disaggregated, and adaptive electronic warfare technologies to the warfighter for multi-domain operations.The objective of this effort is to establish a Cost Plus Firm-Fixed Price (CPFF) type contract to provide the requisite systems engineering and technical assistance (SETA) support services capable of providing subject matter and operational innovation expertise to programs and prototypes developed by the RF EW Branch. The SETA support will identify basic research opportunities, support technical research, facilitate cradle to grave programmatic support, to include the development of novel and innovative requirements with current end users and potential customers, and support the coordination and execution of field test experiments, for the duration of five (5) years: One (1) Base Year with four (4) Option Years.
