Roadway - Gender Road - Winchester Pike to Brice Road

1.1 Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is receiving proposals until December 10, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. local time, for professional services for the Roadway - Gender Road - Winchester Pike to Brice Road RFP. Proposals are being received electronically by the Department of Public Service, Office of Support Services via Bonfire at https://columbus.bonfirehub.com/login. This project consists of a study to develop a plan for improvements to the Gender Road corridor from Winchester Pike to Brice Road and a portion of Brice Road between Gender Road and Chantry Drive to meet the terminus of the I-70 Far East Freeway project. The project includes transportation and traffic research, traffic analysis, and a feasibility study to result in a program of fundable transportation infrastructure projects to improve safety, implement complete street improvements, and accommodate future

development, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, as set forth in this Request for Proposals (RFP). All questions concerning the RFP are to be sent to capitalprojects@columbus.gov. The last day to submit questions is November 30, 2021; phone calls will not be accepted. Responses will be posted on Bonfire at https://columbus.bonfirehub.com/login as an addendum. A pre-proposal meeting will not be held. Published addenda will be posted on Bonfire at https://columbus.bonfirehub.com/login. The selected Consultant shall attend a scope meeting anticipated to be held on/about January 5, 2022. If the Project Manager is not available, the Consultant may designate an alternate to attend in their place. 1.2 Classification: All proposal documents (Request for Proposal, reference documents, addenda, etc.) are available for review and download on Bonfire at https://columbus.bonfirehub.com/login.
