Request for Proposals - Removal of Structure

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The City of Minot (herein after referred to as “City”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for qualified third parties interested in removing the existing structure located on 4 th Addition, Lot 1 of the Minot International Airport (“MOT”). Proposers must be capable of removing the structure within the timeframe identified in this RFP. Sealed qualification statements shall be submitted to the following: City of MinotCity Clerk515 2 nd Ave SW 2 nd FloorMinot ND 58702 Qualification statements must be received on or before July 15, 2022 at 4:00 PM CST. There will be no public opening of the statements received. Any submissions received after the time and date stated above will be returned considered as non-responsive. The recommendation for award will be taken to the City Council on July 18, 2022. All addendums to this RFP will be posted on the Airport website and transmitted electronically to all interested parties who have requested a copy of the RFP in

accordance with the timeline identified in this RFP. It is the responsibility of the submitting entity to check for addendums posted and to acknowledge any and all addendums issued in the cover letter of the RFP.
