Project: FY24 Document Conversion Services Ref. #: FY24-RFP-042 Type: RFP Status: Open Open Date: Mar 4th 2024, 12:00 PM EST Questions Due Date: Mar 20th 2024, 12:00 PM EDT Close Date: Apr 3rd 2024, 12:00 PM EDT Days Left: 6 Project Description:The Town of Barnstable Procurement office on behalf of Various Town of Barnstable Departments and Divisions, is soliciting proposals from qualified individual(s) or firms for scanning and indexing services compatible with LaserFiche for approximately 1 million documents from various Town archives. We anticipate that this entire conversion project will be processed under one contract and completed as one job. The scanning company will scan the documents and create the digital file that must be compatible and able to format and import into Laserfiche software. The Town of Barnstable holds Laserfiche software licenses and currently utilizes ICC CDS in Rochester NY to format and import the files into Laserfiche.
