Property Management Services – City of Merritt Transitional Housing Project Description :Through this Request for Proposals, the City of Merritt seeks proposals for the provision of property management services, for 31 manufactured home units that the City will be making available for city residents that were displaced as part of the November 2021 flooding events. The property management services will be provided for an estimated duration of up to 24 months for each home unit. Home units are currently under construction and will be available for occupancy by evacuees starting at various dates in January, February and March 2023. The property manager will need to work closely with other organizations that are providing support and assistance to the temporary residents on the City’s behalf.
