213-217-7048 amestas@mwdh2o.com Bids to Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services The purpose of this RFQ is to develop a list of pre-qualified tunnel design consultants to provide consulting services in support of Metropolitan’s Engineering Services Group on various Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) projects. These projects are related to the design and construction of new facilities and expansions to existing facilities. These projects also involve evaluations and investigations needed to ensure and enhance system reliability. The agreement amounts and durations will vary and will depend upon the extent of services required. Respondents should be willing to provide the requested services on an on-call basis and on project-specific agreement awards for work that falls within the solicited program. Other Details Respondent must meet the following minimum qualifications. Respondent's SOQ will be deemed non-responsive to the extent that it does not meet the minimum qualifications. 1. Respondents shall have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in providing tunnel design and related underground services and possess the required current and valid State of Californian professional registrations and licenses in the fields identified in Section 2.2 Professional Services Required of this RFQ. 2. Respondent’s business shall have existed for at least five (5) years, providing the type of services required by the scope of services.
