RFP - FEMA Public Assistance Grant Management Services

Description: The City of Deer Park is seeking proposals from competent services provider(s) to assist the City in the management of its Hurricane Harvey DR#4332 FEMA Public Assistance activities.  A copy of this RFP may be obtained from the City of Deer Park website, or by calling 281-478-7228.  Please submit one digital copy of your proposal via CD or flash drive and seven (7) copies of your proposal of services and a statement of qualifications for the proposed services to the City Secretary, City Hall, 710 E. San Augustine Street, Deer Park, Harris County, Texas. Proposals shall be received by the City of Deer Park no later than 2:00 p.m. on March 14, 2019 to be considered. Proposals received after the deadline stated herein will not be opened and shall be considered void and unacceptable.  The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities and to take whatever action is in the best interest of the City.  The City reserves the right to negotiate with any Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit proposals.  The City of Deer Park is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
