Use 3,300 SF for bidding purposes. Power wash entire surface, fill in gaps, patch all cracks and seams. Apply playground PIP topcoat paint to entire surface. Bid quantities of artificial turf: 2800 square feet Remove and dispose of existing mulch, install drainage and stone subbase (Crush and Run/57 Stone), remove edge of PIP surfacing and install nailer boards, provide and install approximately 2800 SF turf with 1-1/8” pad (Doesn’t have to confirm to any fall zone) Provide & install temporary fencing around area under construction (LF varies). The Contractor represents and agrees to complete the entire project in the following number of Consecutive Calendar Days: 60 from the date on the Notice to Proceed. 3. The Contractor agrees to comply with the City Code Raleigh's Standard Procedure regarding the Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprise Program.
