The purpose of the survey is to measure employee engagement, attitudes, perceptions, and commitment level towards the organization, leadership, their roles, and the customers they serve, in accordance with the Scope of Work specified in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The engagement survey results will provide a baseline for future comparisons, to measure and drive improvements and changes in engagement and organizational culture, and to inform and further develop strategies for training and development. Tarleton is an institution of higher education located in Stephenville, TX. It is the intention of Tarleton to contract with a single company to provide these services for the Tarleton campus. Vendor must have demonstrated competence in providing these services and must have the qualifications necessary to perform the services outlined in this RFP.
