All repairs must comply with the City approved plans requiring ADA improvements and Title 24 Energy compliance. Work item requirements: roofing, exterior painting, accessibility ramp, stairs, gas line, water line, window and screen replacement, landscaping, fencing, gates, door replacement, and kitchen and bathroom, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, interior paint, window coverings, water heater, heating and cooling, and smoke/carbon monoxide detectors.
