href="mailto:Journie.Francisco@asu.edu">Journie.Francisco@asu.edu Arizona State University (ASU) extends an invitation to interested and qualified firms or individuals to submit a statement of qualifications to provide Design Professional (DP/Consultant) services for, but not limited to, Architectural, Engineering, and other associated design related services. This work may be located at any of the ASU campus or leased property locations. The 2024 Annual RFQ (ARFQ) provides an opportunity for Consultants to submit their SOQs on an annual basis into a database. By submitting annually, ASU will have access to your most current disciplines, specialties, and applicable experience that will be used to determine a Consultant short list by project. If selected, an agreement will be issued through December 31, 2028. Any clarifications or interpretations of this RFQ that materially affect or change its requirements will be formally provided to all parties. All such changes issued by the Owner, before the qualifications are due, are considered part of the RFQ and will be posted on the Q&A Board in tools. Other Important Information: RFQ Open Date: 11/17/2023; 3:00 PM MST. No pre-submittal meeting will be held. Q&A Board Deadline: 12/31/2028; 2:00PM, MST. RFQ Close Date: 12/31/2028; 2:00PM, MST. All times noted are Mountain Standard Time (MST); Daylight Savings Time is NOT observed. Please review the attached practices and acknowledge you have reviewed the options. Group 3.1: Standard Form Agreement and Insurance Requirements Instructions: 17 November 202317 November 202317 November 2023 3.1.1 I have read and agree to the terms in the Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Design Professional. All addenda, and attachments are hereby incorporated into the Agreement. I understand that the draft of the Agreement attached will be updated at the time a project has been awarded. *Note: By submitting a response to this RFQ, your firm acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions of the Agreement. 3.1.2 Review the Project Authorization (PA) and PA Revision Templates. *Note: These will only be used at the time your firm has been awarded a project. 3.1.3 I have read and agree to provide the insurance requirements exactly as shown in Article 7, Insurance and Indemnity against Liability of the Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Design Professional. I understand that if awarded under the 2024 ARFQ, I am responsible to ensure that a current certificate of insurance is sent to the ASU buyer and project manager before beginning any work for ASU. 3.1.4 Review Exhibit A - 2024 ARFQ Proposal Sample. *Note: No fee proposals are to be submitted at this time. This form will only be used at the time your firm has been awarded a project. Group 4.1: Instructions: 4.1.1 Per the statement in the pre-requisite instructions, if you are submitting any information you consider to be proprietary or confidential, answer yes here and create a password protected zip file and upload the zip file in section 6.1.2 and include justification on the form provided. In an email outside of the RFQ, send the password directly to the Buyer at Journie.Francisco@asu.edu referencing the RFQ number. If the Executive Director of Procurement concurs, this information will not be considered public. The Executive Director of Procurement is the final authority as to the extent of material, which is considered proprietary or confidential. Pricing information cannot be considered proprietary or confidential. Proprietary or confidential information must be submitted per the Instructions to Respondents, as stated in the Prerequisites section. Any watermarks, footnotes, copyright or reference to proprietary or confidential throughout the submitted proposal will be disregarded. 4.1.2 If you have proprietary or confidential information, upload the password protected zip file here and email the Buyer with the password. For each individual document you've included in your zip file, with the exception of Financial Statements properly submitted via the instructions provided (in Group 2 section ), you MUST provide a justification explaining for why this is considered proprietary and confidential to your business.
