ON-CALL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT/ ENGINEERING SUPPORT/ TESTING AND INSPECTION SERVICES

The City of Hawaiian Gardens Public Works Department is requesting a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) from qualified civil engineering firms to provide Construction Management, Engineering Support, Testing, and Inspection services on an “as-needed” contract basis. The City will issue task orders for each project based upon a scope of work, work schedule, and fee proposal submitted to the City for its review and approval. The contract term shall be for three years with the City receiving the option to grant two (2) one-year extensions at the end of the term.
